The International Plastic Modelers Society is a unique, world-wide organization of hobbyists who enjoy scale modeling, run on a voluntary basis, by modelers, for modelers. The Sacramento, California Chapter of IPMS was formed in 1965 through the efforts of four northern California modelers.
